TMDF App Privacy policy
Effective November 6, 2026
The TMDF app gives patients and families basic information about the Tennessee Memory Disorders Foundation and Clinic: our location, hours, forms, frequently asked questions, and community resources.
What we collect
Nothing. The app does not collect, store, or share personal information or health information. There are no accounts or logins, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking.
What stays on your phone
If you choose to use these features, the information is saved only on your device and is never sent to TMDF or anyone else:
- Appointment reminder: the date and time you enter, used to show reminder notifications on your phone.
- What to bring checklist: the items you check off or add.
Deleting the app removes this information.
Calendar and contacts
If you tap “Add to Calendar” or “Add TMDF to Contacts,” your phone shows its own screen so you can review and save the entry yourself. The app does not read your calendar or contacts.
Forms and links
When you open a form, the app downloads the PDF from tmdf.org. Links to our website, our donation page, maps apps, and community organizations open outside the app, and those websites and apps have their own privacy policies.
Please do not send completed medical forms or sensitive health information through ordinary website forms or email.
Children
The app is intended for adult patients and caregivers and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
