At the Genesis Neuroscience Clinic, patient care begins with an appointment for a comprehensive evaluation. If you or someone you care about has concerns about memory, please talk to your Primary Care Physician to make a referral to Genesis Neuroscience Clinic. You may call 865-888-9494 for more information. Please note we are NOT general neurology and only treat dementia/cognitive disorders.
